You know something that really pisses me off? Old schoolmates and so-called "friends" who I haven't met in years but they suddenly contact me to remind me to invite them to my wedding. Me being me, I say, sure, come, why not, the more the merrier. Then it turns out the only reason they contacted me was to get invited to my wedding. They go out, hang out with their friends and never ask me along even though when they contacted me they said things like "we haven't met in so long! We should hang out one day! Let's do something together!", bla bla bla. You might say, it's their friends, why should they invite me, well, I say "their" friends because I don't consider any of these people my friends anymore even though we used to be close once upon a time. They can come to my wedding if they want, but they're not getting an invitation card.
By the way, I'm not bitter because they hang out without me, I'm just pissed that they have the nerve to say such pretentious "let's keep in touch" statements when they have no thoughts whatsoever about me at all. Don't want to keep in touch, don't la. Geez.
