I've been itching like mad for a few months on my hands and face, and a doctor told me it was a fungal infection and gave me antifungal cream for it. It subsided for a while, but it came back stronger than ever. This morning when I woke up, the skin had peeled and there was a tiny hole on the back of my hand so I decided to go to another doctor. I told the doctor that I was prescribed antifungal medication, and he said it wasn't fungus. It's CHRONIC ECZEMA. Not enough with eczema, it has to be chronic. So he prescribed some pills and a cream. "I give you this cream, very strong, you sapu everyday along with ubat makan. Nanti cantik balik", he said with a big smile and a thumbs up.

Though honestly I was relieved. I was so afraid it was skin cancer or something like that because it looked so scary. I've started on the medication, we'll see how it goes. The smell of the cream reminds me of my younger days when I had mild eczema and always had to put an eczema cream on it. This one has the exact same smell except stronger.
