My boss just told me today that one of the reasons I was hired was that they want me to be a frontrunner for female auto journalists. I am to pull in the female readers, tap into an untapped market. He said, he wants me to be a journalist that others will be compared to, not to be compared to others.
That's a lot of responsibility!
